The Lizard
The Lizard is one of Spider-Man’s arch-rivals who lives in a sewer and is one of the leading scientists. He wanted to change the world by giving people a way to use Lizard or reptilian DNA to give a new life to people with no limbs or amputees. He conducts a test on himself which backfires when he turns into a mutated lizard-like being. With a plan to turn everybody into Lizards, he starts devising a plan to explode a chemical cloud from the Oscorp Tower which was later on terminated by Captain Stacy and Spider-Man when they explode an antidote cloud created by Gwen.

Venom
The symbiote character famous for being the Anti-Spiderman being was played gracefully by Topher Grace unless they have the Tom Hardy version of the character in the standalone movie. But for Spider-Man 3, the Topher Grace version was very amazing. Being the professional rival of Peter Parker, when Eddie was praying to make Peter suffer, he gets blessed with the symbiote called Venom. He joins forces with the Sandman and kidnaps Mary Jane so that they can trap Peter and kill him but after getting help from the New Goblin AKA Harry Osborne played by James Franco, they defeat both the Sandman and Venom. But somehow Venom manages to kill Harry the same way his father gets pierced by the Goblin Glider.

Sandman
Flint Marko AKA the Sandman was one of the villains created from a genetic mutation when he tries to break out of jail and gets pursued by the cops and falls in a nuclear testing site that was doing experiments with particles of sand. To hide from the approaching cops, Flint accidentally falls in the sand right when the machine starts processing the sand. A bond of radioactive sand and his body changes his molecular structure. This makes him call himself Sandman. Meanwhile, the police tell him that Flint was the same criminal who killed his Uncle. Flint confronts Peter and tells him the reality that it was his associate named Dennis Carradine. Peter lets him fly away after listening to the truth behind his Uncle’s murder.

Vulture
The Vulture was played marvelously by Micheal Keaton which was his comic role after playing Batman in Tim Burton’s version of the superhero movie. In Spider-Man Homecoming he plays the role of the salvager who turns into an arms trafficker after his company is forced out of the salvaging business by the Department of Damage Control which is a partner company of Stark Industries and the US Government. Adrian persuades his team to create and sell off advanced weaponry they have scavenged already and uses the Vulture suit to steal the Chitauri power cells. Later on, Peter finds out that Adrian Toomes is Liz’s father and he is planning to hijack a plane that is transporting weapons from the Avenger Tower to the Avenger’s new headquarters. After a fight, Peter manages to defeat Adrian when the plane crashes and damages the Vulture suit. Liz moves away after her father gets arrested.
